Every PetalMorrow print is made to order. Here is what that means for your delivery.
Made to order
Your print is made after you order it. It is ready to ship in about 10 business days, then the carrier's transit time is added. Etsy shows your estimated delivery date at checkout and sends tracking when your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
Because each piece is printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, message us through Etsy or email [email protected] with a photo, and we will replace it or refund you.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 1 hour of purchase. After that your print is already in production.
